It all began in 2015, when our founder, Pompilia Crisan, noticed how many misunderstandings arise from a lack of real listening. That's how the concept of "Active Listening" was born – a program that emphasizes deep understanding of messages, not quick responses. In the early years, we organized workshops in small communities, and the participants' feedback convinced us that the direction was right.
In 2018, we launched our first online course platform, reaching over 5,000 users. A key moment was the partnership with Emanoil Albu, an expert in communication psychology, who helped us refine our methods. The results were swift: the satisfaction rate rose to 94%, and in 2022 we were awarded for innovation in non-formal education. Today, we continue to develop resources that transform the way people communicate.
