Payments are made in advance, by bank card or transfer. Refunds are possible within 14 days of purchase, only if no more than 20% of the content has been accessed. For monthly subscriptions, the refund is calculated proportionally.
The user may request account deletion at any time by sending an email to our address. We reserve the right to close accounts that violate the terms, without refund. After termination, personal data is deleted in accordance with the privacy policy.
